Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received
  • Product damaged on arrival
  • Size mismatch (for eligible apparel)

To initiate a return, you must:

  1. Email us at contactispira@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order ID.
  2. Provide clear product photos along with a full unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
    • The unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests.
  3. After receiving your request, our team will conduct a quality check. Once approved, the return or exchange will be processed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom-made products
  • Personalized items
  • Sale or discounted items

3. Refunds

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
